Cancellation Policy

At Pixies Parties, we aim to sprinkle magic and joy at every event we attend. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to make the process as smooth as a snow slide. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

  1. Party Packages: To secure your enchanting party package, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your chosen date and time, ensuring our characters are ready to bring your child's dreams to life.
    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
    • If rescheduling within 7 days of the event, a $50 administrative fee will be applied to cover the costs of reorganizing our magical team.
  2. Photo Backdrop Bookings: For those looking to capture memories with our whimsical backdrops, a $60 deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled backdrop session will receive a full refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled backdrop session are not eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.

We understand that circumstances can be as unpredictable as a magical spell, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
